Frequently Asked Questions

What time should I arrive?

The wedding celebration begins at 5:30 PM. Guests are invited to arrive at that time as we gather before the ceremony begins shortly afterward.

Where is the wedding located?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at:

Balistreri Vineyards
1946 E 66th Ave
Denver, CO 80229

Should I plan for traffic when traveling to the venue?

Yes—Denver does experience afternoon rush hour traffic, typically between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We recommend allowing extra travel time so you can arrive relaxed and on time for the celebration.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! Parking will be available for guests at the venue.

What is the dress code?

We recommend cocktail attire, which is a step below formal but still polished and dressy.

Denver evenings in September can cool down after sunset, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or layering piece to stay comfortable.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Balistreri Vineyards, so there will be no need to travel between locations.

Will food be served?

Yes! After the ceremony, guests will enjoy appetizers, dinner, cake, and dancing as we celebrate together.

Do I need to RSVP separately for each guest?

Yes. Please submit one RSVP form for each person attending so we can gather accurate seating and dietary information.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

The RSVP form includes a place where you can let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will indicate whether a plus one is included. If your invitation includes a guest, please include their name when completing the RSVP.

Are children invited?

Due to the size and nature of the celebration, attendance is limited to those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Is the venue accessible?

The ceremony and reception will both be held on the ground level, so there are no stairs to navigate. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

What airport should I fly into?

The closest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN), located about 25–30 minutes from the venue, depending on traffic.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will not be provided, so guests are encouraged to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the ceremony and avoid taking photos during the ceremony itself. There will be plenty of time to take photos during the reception and celebration afterward.
